• • • •  Superior Steel Supply inventories, distributes and saw cuts a wide range of carbon round bar. Carbon round bars typically range from 1/2” to 3” radius and primarily come in 20’ & 40’ lengths. Superior Steel Supply can saw cut your round bar requirements down to size with our inhouse saw service.
      • Round bars produced domestically are primarily done by the use of Electric Arc Furnaces (EAF) that use 95%+ post-consumer recycled scrap.
      • Round bars can be hot rolled mild steel and may be produced from the mill that could meet multiple grade specifications simultaneously including ASTM A36, ASTM A529 grade 50, CSA 44W and CSW 44W50.

        • CSW is the Canadian Standards Association
      • Round bars are generally used in the wide array of steel applications including manufacturing, conveyors, ramps, metal fabrication and MRO (maintenance, repair and operational).
      • Round bars are a popular selection for use in the above applications as they are commonly saw cut, machined, welded and can be industrially coated.
