Superior Steel Supply inventories, distributes and saw cuts a wide range of carbon structural channel. Carbon structural angles typically range from 2 1/2” x 2 1/2” to 8” x 8” and primarily come in 20’ & 40’ lengths.
Superior Steel Supply can saw cut your channel requirements down to size with our inhouse saw service.
Structural channel produced domestically are primarily done by the use of Electric Arc Furnaces (EAF) that use 95%+ post-consumer recycled scrap.
Structural channel are mild steel and may be produced from the mill that could meet multiple grade specifications simultaneously including ASTM A36, ASTM A572 grade 50, CSA 44W and CSW 44W50.

Structural channels are generally used in the wide array of steel applications including manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, structural fabrication, frames, bracing and MRO (maintenance, repair and operational).
Structural channels are a popular selection for use in the above applications as they are commonly saw cut, drilled, laser cut, formed, welded and can be industrially coated.
